Plain English. No legalese. Here's exactly what we do (and don't do) with your data.

What we collect

  • Waitlist sign-ups: your email address. That's it. We use this to notify you when SpawnIt launches and to send updates you asked for.
  • Account registration: username, email address, and a hashed password. We need these to create and manage your account.
  • Server activity: when you start or stop a server, how long it ran, and what game was running — so we can bill you correctly.

What we don't do

  • No cookies for tracking. We don't drop tracking cookies. Full stop.
  • No third-party analytics with personal data. We use Umami, a cookieless analytics tool that collects no personal information — just aggregate page views and referrers.
  • No selling your data. We don't sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers. Ever.
  • No marketing you didn't ask for. If you signed up for waitlist emails, you can unsubscribe any time.

Analytics

We use Umami for website analytics. Umami is cookieless and GDPR-compliant — it doesn't track individual users or store any personally identifiable information. It helps us understand which pages are popular and where visitors come from, nothing more.

Where your data lives

All data is stored on EU-based servers. We don't transfer your personal data outside the European Union. If you're based in the EU, your data stays in the EU.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can also withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time. Just email us at info@spawnit.gg and we'll sort it out promptly.
